Joe Mixon comes from Tennessee where he earned a dual undergraduate degree in Secondary Education and History at Southern Adventist University. He recently graduated with a Masters in Global Community Development. Joe is the History Teacher at Palau Mission Academy. It is his third year teaching on Palau and he says, "I’m extremely excited to see what God has in store for us this school year despite all the issues around us today."
